Perry Moskowitz (piano), 17 hails from Ipswich, Massachusetts, where he attends Ipswich High School. Three years ago, Perry was still at a beginner level on the piano, but passion, dedication, and hard work from both him and his teachers has led to his fast growth as a musician. He has played at the Shalin Liu in Rockport, Carnegie Hall in New York City, and he recently made his concerto debut. He also regularly performs at community events in his hometown and has won prizes in many competitions. Perry currently studies piano with Bonnie Anderson and also attends the Angel Ramon Rivera Senior Piano Seminar at the New England Conservatory Prep School. He has had masterclasses with Max Levinson in April of 2023 and Yuxi Wang in July of 2024. In the summer of 2023, Perry attended Point Counterpoint in Vermont to study chamber music. This past summer, he attended the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music in New Hampshire and also went to the Philadelphia International Music Festival in Pennsylvania. Outside of piano, Perry enjoys playing the violin in his school orchestras. Other hobbies and interests include geography, traveling, cooking, creative writing, foreign languages and cultures, and spending time with his friends.
