The Orchard String Duo performed on Show 411.
The Orchard String Duo is comprised of siblings Andrew Barbuta (guitar), 16, and Aden Eva Barbuta (harp), 15. They live in Sacramento, California and are home-schooled. As a duo, they’ve performed together in a variety of settings, and they also play individually as soloists. Outside of music, Andrew and Aden share a love of fencing and outdoor activities.
Music has the unique ability to bring joy to our lives – especially in the hands of young people. Daily Joy is a reminder of music’s power to uplift, inspire, and unite.
Daily Joy is a project of From the Top. It began in the very early days of the Covid-19 pandemic and continues today to offer a much-needed respite from the anxiety and worry that we encounter in the world.
